We're kicking off this week with our first actual recap of a sermon. This Sunday was definitely one of those "had to be there" kind of experiences, but we're doing our best to share it with you all. The sermon was "You Can Win: Changing Your Story," and we found out that we all may have a Goliath in our life, but we are not underdogs. Goliath brought a knife to a gun fight.
In a surprise turn, we also talk about what it means to be anointed, and the narrative that the Pentecostal church has created around that term.
"The oil did not flow for the strong, it flowed for the called."
